Michael has significant experience overseeing a range of remediation projects, particularly for the recalculation of leave to meet the Holidays Act 2003 requirements. He has helped develop a leave remediation process that covers everything from the extraction and mapping of payroll data, the recalculation of payments and accruals, to the validation and ultimately payment of the remediated results. This process is highly adaptable and is designed to be customised to fit an individual client’s needs – regardless of how complicated or unique they may be.
